Images won’t save in the editor

Hi,

I have a custom block with an image field. No matter what I do, the images I upload to this field won’t stick. They keep getting replaced automatically by this image:

This is on the back end. Nothing at all displays on the front end.

The template I use to display this block was all working fine until recently.
