Images Won't Show

It just shows the broken image link even though the image was uploaded properly.

Try deactivating your plugins and switching to the default theme to see if any of those are the cause.

No luck, this is a fabthemes theme, called ebuy. It is a product list that is not showing the thumb. When I inspect the element it is under timthumb.php.

Any advice?

I have also reloaded the theme, made a timthumb-config.php file, a number of other things.
