I have the same problem. The response of the media-upload.php is the following. I see no js errors in console.
Wordpress version: 3.9.2
Plugin version: 1.0 (Same problem with a previous version)

This problem is comes from your theme scroller style.css .

There a class opacity is-

.opacity {
opacity: .6;
}

applied on your html tag , that reason your gallery page is displayed hazy-gray

Update this class opacity in your style.css . Change .6 from 1.0

Note that I’m not accusing anyone of ill will or bad intentions. But asking for credentials to get access like that is really discouraged.

Please don’t do that: when you offer to get admin access and/or FTP access then you’re really going to far and that’s not cool.

If you are given admin credentials, you are potentially liable for any potential damage that maybe caused, not only by yourself but anyone accessing the system. Even if you do not provide warranty with your own product.

Unless you willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation for now one (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin or FTP details.

You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin or FTP access. That’s just going too far.

website is not live yet, its in my laptop,localhost,so thats why m unable to share live url…could you please suggest me anty solution here. every thing was working fine,but suddenly images are not showing when inserted into the gallery.inspect element shows url error 404.please suggest some thing .. iam new to wordpress does’nt know much .please help me
