Imagify does not optimize images added via another plugin

    Hi,

    It seems that Imagify will auto optimize images added manually, but will NOT optimize those added by another plugin. In my media library, there are 10000+ images. But Imagify does not optimize them.

    I click “Bulk Optimization”, and then see the “Imagify All” button at the bottom with the following text “All images greater than 2?MB (after resizing, if any) will be optimized when using a paid plan.”

    Yes, I have paied for the unfinite plan. And submit my question on https://imagify.io/ and get a reply saying your support will reply in 24 hours. But after 24 hours, no one answers so I have to post here.

    Hi @chcw,

    I am really sorry for the delay in our support system since it was related to the large number of tickets. However, I see that you have received a reply on May 21, 2024.

    Unfortunately, images are only automatically optimized when they are added the standard way via the WP Admin media upload page, so in the case of using another way/ tool, manual Bulk Optimization would be needed. I’m very sorry if that is an inconvenience for you!
