Imagify Not Optimising at All

    Hi,

    Just trying to post my first blog post in a couple of weeks, and trying to optimise with Imagify is nigh on impossible – it just seems to hang on ‘optimising’.

    Should I expect an update soon, or should I open an account with Short Pixel?

    Just checked, and its still hanging after 1 hour 30 mins.

    Something radically wrong with Imagify methinks.

    Thanks for your patience!

    There could be a problem if you use WP Rocket’s Heartbeat control feature, or if your host is blocking ajax self-request.

    If you use WP Rocket, can you try to deactivate Heartbeat control and let us know if that fixes the problem?

    I have the same issue on margiehaber.com and i dont have heart beat on rocket. can someone direct me for help on this? no images optimize at all just stuck on the loop
