Imagify stuck after paying

    I was using the free version which did not optimize images over 5 megs, now that I have paid for upgraded version it skips over those images as it already checked them. When I manually try to optimize them through the media library it says image is already optimized, I download the image and upload it to the imagify website and it compresses it by 87%. I tried to delete the plugin and reinstall it but when I do that it shows all those image as already optimized, any advice on how to fix this?

    Hi,

    If you delete the plugin, all optimization data are also removed. So, if you optimized some images before and you delete / reinstall the plugin, all images will return you this message because they are already optimized before but you deleted the plugin and so you also deleted all the optimization data!

    I have already deleted the plugin and when I re-install it and go to settings and imagify it still has all my stats their saying 96% of images have already been optimized. It is no longer optimizing any new images I upload. Please let me know what to do to fix this, thanks!
