IMHO theme is buggy, appears to be not tested well & the support doc is bad

`and that title is me being nice – too bad I can’t give 0 stars
I should have known from previous experiences to never be on the “bleeding edge” of a new theme, but no, I didn’t learn
fist we had an issue with paying for the prem version – the billing interface did not accept visa, and I had to go through PayPal, which I have not used in well over a decade – be forewarned, as I can write just about this painful experience
then I install the theme, and I had a question about a how a feature worked vs their documentation, I contacted them, they got back quickly, asked for an admin ID, which I provided and in under 9 minutes, they loaded all their demo data (images/pages) which I DID NOT want, rather than answer my question
when I looked at what the fields the demo used, vs what was documented, well it was like day and night, and I could have never guessed that and learned about this theme correctly
then I still had an issue with how a feature worked vs what was written and they had to issue a point release to fix it – that was good
then I had a simple question, and another issue with the SAME theme feature . . . then today issues with a contact form, google review and google maps plugin not working (the contact form didn’t work outta the box with the sample form provided), and both google plugins would never connect – even after testing with my google api and location keys from another website that works with them
I should also note that this theme has a testimonial, contact form and map feature – but, I decided to use leading plugins to do these functions since I no longer can trust what they developed and documented – why not use the leading plugin for these feature?
however, 15 other plugins worked just fine – what a strange coinkydinky????
I have just submitted a support ticket on all of the above, since they have not answered my emails about these issues in over 24 hours
thus, as of 12/4/02, I cannot I good conscience recommend this theme to my WP brethren, unless you have a lot of time to kill, which I do not
