    I had previously applied wordfence.
    Is it possible to implement it with your plugin:

    • Blocking a user if he/she goes to a certain url?
    • Limit the speed of browsing, if the limit is exceeded, then block for 2 days

    There’s no option to block users if they visit a specific URL.
    Regarding rate-limiting, it is not available in the free version.

    You can click on the “NinjaFirewall > WP+ Edition” menu in your admin dashboard.
