    Hello,

I’ve installed Mailpoet 3, using the latest version of the premium plugin, but somehow the immediate posts notifications aren’t working. I mean: if I create 5 posts a day, the plugin only sends one email with one posts (and I would like to send one per each).

    Could you help me?

I’ve been looking at the forum and haven’t found someone with the same problem

    thank you in advance

    Hi @scanizares,

Could you please share with us more information about the settings you have?

And how are you publishing these multiple posts? If they’re all published around the same time, it would explain why only one email is sent, as the plugin would not be able to process all of them at the same time.

Also, can you tell us which task scheduler option you’re using? You can check it by going to the MailPoet > Settings > Advanced tab.

    Thank you!

    Hi @bruberries

Thank you for your response. In fact we publish 3 or 4 posts almost at the same time so… do you recommend to schedule our posts for having them published at different times of the day?

On the other hand, I have this settings:

?? Visitors to your website (recommended)
? MailPoet’s own script. It does not work with these accommodations.
    ? Server Cron (Linux Cron)

    Should we change this?

Thank you again for your help and hope you are having a good time at your Christmas holidays

    Hi @scanizares ????

    Thanks for the update.

So I think that the issue could be with the task scheduler method selected. If the site doesn’t receive a lot of visitors it might not get triggered in time and that’s what is causing some post notifications to be sent.

My recommendation would be to try with MailPoet’s own script or a Linux Cron instead and see if that solves the issue.

    Cheers!
