“Immediately block IPs that access these URLs” function does not work

As a note from what I see, there can be problems caused by blocking /wp-content/, and filenames such as /wp-login.php don’t need trailing slashes. Other than that, the paths should cause blocks unless being accessed on an IP that is set to bypass all Wordfence rules.

Could you please send me a diagnostic report so that I can try to block myself from the URLs in your screenshot?

You can send this to wftest @ wordfence . com directly using the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
