After a quite painful purchase experience… I ran into an issue after purchase, i couldn’t access my purchase, the password generation would not work under firefox for some reason. The support solved my issue within an hour, they are very responsive.
I wished the buy button was easier to access on their webpage too, you’ve got to scroll forever with animated stuff to get to buy the plugin, it must definitely cost them a lot of sales, especially for non tech savvy people.
Too bad their website is like a christmas tree, if they would get rid of all their useless flashy things, it would make the experience to purchase this plugin much better!
I use the instagram block and posts blocks and a few others, i’m very happy about the way it’s rendered, it was very easy to set up and it looks beautiful. I have tried their competitor (stackable), and it did not produce such nice renderings. The outputs and the possibility of customizing them for a non programmer is easy to use and works well.
