Implement a simple pay by cash option?

    Firstly thank you for a great plugin. I would like to know how to add a payment integration for cash payments in your system? It should just register the attendant, without payment taking place virtually.

    Is there a plugin/add-on to do the above requirement?

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
