• We get the following message in google ads account:
“Implement consent for ads personalization. You are not providing EEA end-user consent signals required for ad personalization features. Take action before March, 2024 or your campaign performance will be impacted.”

If we click on “more info,” we go to the following website: https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/13695607?hl=en&ref_topic=6003219

Here it describes that you need to turn on consent mode in the settings of your consent banner on the website. This is OK according to the settings.
    Can this be fixed?

Thanks in advance for your support.

    Hi @webctrl,

Here’s a short explanation why this is happening; https://complianz.io/consent-mode-v2-ready-for-2024/

In your article it states: “If you use a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP), your CMP provider may automatically update to the newest version of consent mode. Please work with your provider to ensure you are using the latest consent mode update.”

This applies to us, but consent mode mode is only available in the premium version.

    Hope this helps, regards Aert
