Implementing Masonry Options

Hey Mark,

The plugin really isn’t set up to take in any options yet. Still thinking about how I want to approach the situation especially now since I could potentially override the WordPress inline styles injected above the gallery output.

However, I think for your situation you might need to start off by changing some of your CSS. If you modify this line (1044) from:

max-width: 90%;

to

max-width: 100%

and then add this line towards the bottom of your CSS file:

.gallery-item {margin: 5px !important}

Thank you for your reply. However, when I tried to implement your changes, the images ended up stacked in only one column (not like the screenshot).

More pressing, the image sizes aren’t responsive, and seem to be following the thumbnail size variable (under media settings)

Is there any way to get images to resize responsively?

I tried following the instructions through, but it turned up an error message when I I tried to include the js file in the functions.php.

I’m still having trouble getting the images to resize, any ideas?

2nd Update: I think I figured it out, it’s not the prettiest solution, but I think it works.
