import a directadmin html site into woorpress?

  • What exactly is a directadmin html site? I know directadmin as a control panel for managing hostings, similar to Plesk, ispconfig, cpanel … what exactly do you have in front of you?

    YES – direct admin as a control panel, current site is an html site, direct admin is the control panel on my server – customer says direct admin is too difficult to use, & since I have several users that are happy with WP, I would like to convert his html site to WP & add plugins: wordfence which blocks logins from IPs that are not on safe list, and Akismet blocks spammers, and some other plugins that I’ve personally found successful add ons..

    In other words, you want to transfer the display of a website that was built there to WordPress. There is no import or converter for this, as it is not technically feasible due to the millions of options available.

    Your approach should be to look for a theme that suits you and your layout best. Then you build it in it. Afterwards you also take over the contents of the previous page.
