Import Additional Field Checklist (multiple values)

    Hi,
    I am preparing to import 900 events. I have an additional field that is a checklist which allows for multiple items to be checked.

    I put them as comma separated items in my csv, but when I tested an import, they appeared as a long, single block in the filter for that additional field (instead of separated selections).

    Can you please advise me as to how I can correctly import a multi-select checklist that’s an additional field?

    Full disclosure, provided the guidelines of these forums, we are limited in what we are able to ask our customers (contrary to Premium support that is).

    So short of seeing your CSV file, can you confirm that you have followed the guidelines provided in our Knowledge Base on the topic (all the way at the bottom)? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/csv-file-examples-for-importing/

    Can you also tell me if you are using Classic Editor or Block Editor with your events?

    Hi,
    I followed the guidelines and after a ton of troubleshooting found I needed to import the fields like this:
    value|value|value|value

    These should be in the documentation somewhere…
