Import and export users and customers not visibl to editor users

Hello,

I am using Import and Export Users and Customers plugin to import users to my website and it working well. But for editor user roles, the plugin page is not visible as the tools menu will not be visible for editor users. So how it is possible to add the capability to view only the plugin import page for editor users?

Please assist me to add capability for editor users.
