Import buttons not working

    Im trying to click on the buttons to import an XML file but nothing is happening when i click the file. it worked yesterday but now it’s not. i updated wordpress and the plugin today.

  • Confirmed JQuery migrate helper is the ONLY thing that got it working.

    tested running only oxygen and no other plugins installed and the helper plugin is the only thing that fixed it.

    I have the same issue. Enable jQuery Migrate Helper didn’t fix it.
    Do you have any other ideas?

    I have tried clearing the cache, retrying in incognito mode, switching in another template, but nothing works.

    All the buttons are still inactive.

    I’m using WP 5.7.2.

    Just for an update clearing the Autoptimize cache solved the problem. Also disabled syntax highlighting.

    Good afternoon. Today I faced the same problem. However, in my case, the problem was caused by a conflict with the Element or plugin of the latest version (3.3.0). When Elementor was deactivated, the import started working. In my case, “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” did not solve the problem, because at one of the import stages, I could not edit the fields. Since the Elementar plugin is very common, you should pay attention to this error.

    Same as @danmamax Rolling back to the earlier version of Elementor (pro and standard) allowed the import function to work.

    Thanks for mentioning Elementor. For me that was the issue as well.

    Hello, the issue resolved with Enable jquery migrate helper and deactivated Elementor.

    The problem is with Elementor. But it doesn’t make sense to work without Elementor.
