    Hi there,

    First of all, great plugin! Everything works great, except for one thing:
    On the demo of your website you showcase the feature of importing markers through CSV. It works there on the demo, but when I download the plugin and try it – only the file upload field visualizes. The fields to choose which column is which – never does…

    Please help, thanks!
