Import completed but no usermeta table are filled

  • Dear developer,

    I really appreciated this plugin that let me import all my joomla users into wordpress.
    Now, with the first users that are trying to log in, i found a bug. The problem is that in the account page (admin side, in the user editing page) the field “nickname” is not filled up.
    Instead the fields email and username are filled up with joomla user information.

    I tried to see if this is a simple field into the database to make some sql copy and paste, but I found that is another table, called wp_usermeta. So i think the infos into usermeta are “pushed” or generated when I write and save the “nickname” into the user editing page.

    Why this happen? is there a way to copy and paste the username into nickname (cannot understand the difference) so I can solve this?
