Import Contact error

    I have followed the instructions on your help page, but I get the error: Total 0 contacts have been imported successfully!
    I tried using the sample.csv page you supplied and put my email addresses into it, but that won’t import either. My list does not have any first name or last name data, but I left those column headings there.
    Any ideas how else I can get my subscribers in?

    Hi,

    This issue is might happen with delimiter of a CSV file.

    I suspect you have used different delimiter than comma (,) in CSV file. Is it?

    If so, don’t worry about it. We are working on it and will be fixed in ES 4.3.1

    @kitka Just want to update you that we have released Email Subscribers 4.3.1 in which we have fixed this issue.

    Please check with it and confirm the fix.

    Hello Malay. I updated the plugin to 4.3.1 and tried again, but I am still getting the same error. Any suggestions what I should try?
