"Import CSV File" step not working

This is an odd issue and have no clue. For clarification kindly check the demo here – https://demo.smackcoders.com/demowptwo/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-ultimate-csv-importer/index.php&__module=post&step=uploadfile and let me know the difference. Is that possible to add some log details?

It seems to work fine importing the same CSV on the demo version.

Yes, do you have any cache plugin? if so try disabling it. We trying to reproduce the same issue in test environment, but so far no luck. Will get back to you soon i get a solution or a fix.

We can import all records from your attached csv file without interrupting. I have attached the snapshots here for your reference.

Deactivate the other plugins one by one and check again.

Hi, working with pressable, dedicated wp hosting. First step CSV import does nothing, yes they do have a elaborate caching mechanism

Is there any way to refresh or switch off cache in your end? It may be restricted to import bulk posts. Verify it and you can get some help from your hosting.

(OP here) I don’t have any sort of caching on my server. I will disable the plugins and see if anything is affecting it.

Kindly update with some clue as we tried to reproduce the issue but no luck. Better some one provide a snap of all enabled plugins to test from our end.

Exactly the same issue here.
I have a fresh WP installation 3.8.1 with just the default plugins including Akismet enabled. Language in WP switched to german. The installation is on a Synology NAS.
Importing the same file on smackcoders demo site works fine.

Sorry, above comment from my side is obsolete. I made it working. I forgot to fill the field “How much comparisons per Server-Request?”

@willswing77, may be all users missing the server request filed. UI should be modified in such case Import button should be disabled or default value is applied. Thanks for your feedback.

In our case we encountered this when using localhost. After deploying online we no longer saw the error and the importer worked fine.
