    Hello,

    I have 2 problems when I import users via a csv file:

    • In ProfileGrid > Global settings > Tools > Import users I imported users via a csv file.
      By mistake I forgot to select ‘Map to a corresponding field’ during the Nth import. I then created duplicate fields on my profile pages. How can I delete these duplicates?
    • When importing users via a csv file, what do I do if some users have to be members of several groups?

    Hello @leo202006,

    Please check our comments regarding your queries:

    1) You can delete the duplicate fields created in group fields. Please follow these steps:

    a) Log in to the WordPress dashboard and navigate to “ProfileGrid >> Groups” menu. 

    b) All groups will be listed here. Click on the “Group Registration Form” for the desired group. 

    c) You will then see the list of fields for that group. From here, you can edit, delete, or add fields.

    2) You will need to manually assign multiple groups to those users.
