Import CSV with Ignore Slash Parameter

I LOVE the new option to select “Ignore Slash” as a URL option on redirects. Is there a way to activate this option when importing from CSV, or to set this option in bulk? I use it on every url, especially when redirecting from old applications that didn’t handle trailing slashes consistently.
