I’m currently doing some tests and imported a small sample without issue. But I noticed the listing owner shows the admin user. I can’t seem to find information in the docs about the correct field to use in the import csv so the listing owner is the same as the listing. Can you point me in the right direction please?

    Hi @kvetos

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To assign the listing owner during import, you can include a column in your CSV file with the header “username”. In this column, you’ll enter the username of the account that should be assigned as the owner for each listing.

I hope that helps! If you have any questions or issues with this, please let me know!

I have one more query connected with uploading images. When I uploaded images with the test sample it worked fine and they appeared in the listings. When I did the real csv upload with images today on the live site there were no images. I double checked all the settings on the live site matched the test site so I’m a bit stumped. Can you suggest any way to troubleshoot this? Thanks.

    Hi @kvetos

Could you please let me know what you are using for the image column header?

I’m using ‘images’ in the header. It now looks like a server issue. I just created a temporary staging site using an exact copy of the live site on a different server and the images uploaded ok. Can I troubleshoot this somehow? I disabled the htaccess in the uploads folder but that didn’t help.

    Hi @kvetos

You may want to check your logs to see if there were any errors during the upload. It may also be worth checking the file permissions on your live server.

Another thing you can try, when you import your listings, before you press the Start Import button go to /wp-content/uploads/wpbdp-csv-imports/ and you will see a folder with random characters. Make sure your images are getting added in that folder.

Please check that and let me know!

    Best regards,
