    Hi,

Yes, use the “exports to CSV” option available in the messages list.

Thank you for using the plugin!

I’m unable to find the ‘export to CSV’ option in the messages list. The only options I can see are “change status to NOT PAID” and “Delete”. I was hoping to export the messages as a CSV to import into Excel, but this does not work properly through the Database browser in WordPress, as all the messages are input into a single data column. Hope you can help.

The button for exporting the CSV file is located beside the search “filter” button above the list.

Thank you for using the plugin!

Thanks for the reply. I don’t see an export button next to the filter button in the “CP Contact Form with Paypal – Message List”. There are no other buttons.

Really need to export all the messages into an Excel file for analysis, so need to find a solution for this. Hope you can help.

    Thanks

    Hi,

If you don’t see that “Export to CSV” button in the message list then probably you are using an old release of the plugin. I recommend you to re-download and re-install it to get the latest features.

    Thank you!

I’m using version 1.01 of the Plugin, but have not upgraded to WordPress 3.9, so perhaps that’s the issue. Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

I recommend you to download the ZIP file of the plugin and reinstall it through Plugins area >> Add New >> Upload.

Thank you for using the plugin.
