• This site was moved from one server to a different server.
No domain change just a move of the site.
Old database was imported using myPHPadmin. No errors.
Site does not show and the wp-admin login is blank as well.
I double checked the config file and it does contain the installed database information, the database that was built when wordpress was installed. This is different than the imported database of course.
I am not sure where to look for resolving this problem of no site and no dashboard login. I am a novice at best with doing this sort of work. Areas to check would be very helpful and thank you.

    perhaps you want to clarify.

When wordpress is installed, a database is built.
The old site database is imported. They are two different names.
The config file has the wordpress install database NOT the imported from the old site.
    Is that clearer?

I just checked your site – I can see it at my end.

Try clearing cache in your browser before viewing the updated page. To clear cache in your browser, press clrl+f5 keys simultaneously. Also, try different computer/different browser.

I have been looking for answers to this problem and it was suggested to disable the plugins which I did FTP and the site came up. The links in the menu are not working properly and I cannot login to the dashboard, my login does not work.

are you using permalins? if yes, try:
-resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting and renaming your WordPress .htaccess file. If that works, then try reading Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure again. Documentation: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Permalinks
