    I apologize for the trouble.

    Try to use the below parameters and then import again and check.

    Go to Elementor > System Info and check the below parameters.
    Make sure that you are using PHP version 7.3+ and above, that your WordPress Memory Limit is set to 512M or above, and that your Upload Limit is set to 20MB or above.

    Also, make sure that GD Installed and ZIP Installed are both to YES.

    Also, try to increase the max_execution_time, and check.

    @abhikr781 All are correct, and my server is very powerful. Several sites on this server have been imported successfully.

    I apologize for the trouble, kindly try now.
    We had some issues with it but now all fixed.

    I am having the same issue. I also paid for premium support and have not received any. Looks like MANY people have this problem. I have done EVERYTHING suggested and NOTHING works. I have other websites that had no issues. But I get this error message when trying to upload ANY demo.
