Import demo problem

    Hi,

    I ve just installed the onepress theme on my website. I’m trying to import “onepress” demo in order to personnalize the theme.

    I still have problems during “import Post and Media”. This import runs in a loop during this operation, without success. Could you help me please ? Thanks.

  • Hi,

    If you are using a shared hosting plan, then there is a high chance that demo import might not work on your server because your server might have some limitations. For the demo import to work properly, the PHP configuration on your server should be:

    max_execution_time 3600
    memory_limit 256M
    post_max_size 32M
    upload_max_filesize 32M

    Then try to import again.
