Import Demo stucks at 42%

Hello,
I’m trying to import demos but having problem as it stucks around 42% 43%.
I’ve read other comments as suggested to increase PHP and server time/request limits. Mine already increasd, you can see the data below.

Besides that as a 2nd problem, I’m having sometime stuck problem on customize panel. On small changes it works fine but when I make change like column amount of blog posts on the blog page or any big change on header or footer it stucks and I have refresh the page everytime. Maybe these 2 problems are related I don’t know.

I’ve tried to make fresh install of WP but nothing changed.
