  • Hi,
Could you please explain more clearly about the question?

Our plugin helps to import the store form Shopify to WooCommerce. In your question, It seems that you imported the site from a domain to another domain on WooCommerce Platform.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for your response. Yes, so I used your plugin to import, however, I see in your description for the plugin it says:

Product variations: All product variations will be imported with your current stock, price… in your Shopify store

I was wondering how this works? As the current stock has variations (e.g. different colour variations). However, when I check the variations in WooCommerce, there are no variations. As mentioned, everything else is there and looks good (categories, products, out of/in stock), however, just the variations aren’t showing.

Is there a special way this needs to be done?

    Hi,

Yes, all the variations will be imported with products after you click “import” button.

In the step ” creat app” in shopify, Have you checked on “product” and “product list” ? Please see this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36dX0Du_ovE&feature=youtu.be. Then please try importing it again.

    Best regards?

    Hi,

Yes, I watched the video but I see that I didn’t select Product Listings. I only selected Products. Would this make a difference? Should I restart the import process? How can I do that?

Please check on the product listing and save the changes on Shopify and imported all products again.
