    Hi,

    Trying to import reviews. Changed the Comment ID so it is corresponding right with the new site, but for some reason it isnt importing the right way.

    The product review id showed on the screenshot isn’t corresponding to the comment id in the file..

    Hi @jbijman,

    The plugin does not support importing reviews with the same ID as in the CSV file. WordPress will automatically assign the next available ID to the imported reviews.

    The reviews and products are connected using the data present in the comment_post_ID column. Please make sure that the ID present in the comment_post_ID column of the CSV file is the same as the ID of the product on your site.

    Thanks for your reaction. Unfortunately i’ve already checked the comment_post ID in combination with the product id. I’ve been sure that these numbers are the same..

    So i don’t think that is the problem here..

    I have the same problem here.

    I upload the file with the right product ID (comment_post_ID) and sequencly Comments IDs. But it is not working.

    What am I missing?

    Hi @davidrgz,

    This version of the plugin supports CSV files with a comma(,) delimiter only. Kindly make sure that the delimiter used in your CSV file is a comma(,) symbol.

    I test your plugin, exported by using your plugin, when I try to import get error “Basic version supports only ‘,’ as a delimiter. Your file’s delimiter seems to be unsupported.”
