    Hi @violetta666 ,

Seems like the restoration attempt has stuck while restoring your database to the target site.

I’d recommend you perform a full cleanup and optimize all your tables.
You can do that easily with the help of a free and simple plugin.
You can check it out here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner
    – The cleanup process won’t remove anything that is in use, so, no worries.

    Then, follow these steps carefully:

    1. Download and install “Advanced DB Cleanup” plugin
    2. Do full Cleanup and optimize all tables using the Advanced DB Cleanup plugin
    3. After that, you can remove the mentioned cleanup plugin if you wish
    4. Go to Backup & Migration plugin settings
    5. Open “Other options” section
    6. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    7. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    8. Enable database batch export: https://prnt.sc/bn7MjTUxHuEe
    9. Save “Other options” section
    10. Force to end both processes (troubleshooting): https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Afterwards, please try to back up your initial site again, and then restore on the target domain.

Let me know if it works out. Thanks! ??
