Import error

    I’m redesigning a website where I’ve done some work on the form, I’m using the export/import function, but when it comes to importing I get this message:

    Oops, looks like we’ve found a problem. Importing text cannot include white spaces or special characters.

    Given the size of the JSON file, is it impossible to find the source of the problem when this file is automatically generated?

    I hope you’re well today and I’m sorry to hear about the issue.

    What error states suggests that there may be some unusual special characters or spaces in places where they should not be. That usually would be related to some unexpected encoding issues or it’s a matter of some unexpected glitch/bug in the plugin.

    But it’s difficult to say without testing it.

    Would it be possible for you to share such export file with us so we could check and test it directly?

    If yes, it’s best to put the file on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar and then share a link to it in response here.
