    Please enable WP debug log and import reviews again then check if there is any error in the log file. If it has, please share the error log with me. I will help you to investigate the issue.

    Based on the error log, it looks like the issue is caused by some plugin on your website that is setting an invalid cookie. To troubleshoot this issue, could you please:

    1. Temporary deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and CusRev
    2. Clear cookies in your browser
    3. Try to import reviews again
