Import existing Car Listings?

Hi I have a client who is currently using Agent Focused Pro. I would like to be able to export all the car listings from this site and import it into the new one I am building so that they don’t need to reload over 50 vehicles. Is this possible – via CSV?

Also the Agent Focused Pro seems very clunky. I can’t seem to pinpoint if the slowness of the site is to do with Agent Focused Pro or the theme itself – but is Auto Listings optimized for speed?
