Import existing plugin with submitted_time

When I use the plugin to import my existing contact form 7 data, the Leads table time field is set to the date of the import, not the date the form was submitted. I realize that having the date of import might be useful if you’re planning on processing these people as new leads, but I’ve already gone through a process of lead management for them, and I really just want to import them into UPI for consistency.

Is there perhaps an option that can be added for contact form 7 database data to be imported using form submission time as the source for Lead table time?
