    The description clearly states:

Export subscribers to a tab delimited CSV file with a possibility to filter by categories
Import subscribers from a tab delimited CSV file (with the same format as created by the export function) with a possibility to filter the categories

But I cannot find the option. Has it now been removed?

You will find these functions at the bottom of the admin setting for STC. Please also look at at the details for this plugin at the tab screen images. The first screen images also shows at the bottom the import and the export functions.

I subscribed then exported and added my addresses with similar IDs and imported them, but get the following error and none were imported. What am I doing wrong please?

Category “” not found for “”. Subscriber is added with status: concept

    All it’s imported is:

    (no title) — Draft

My guess is that after you have subscribed you did not assigned any categories. If you did assigned categories you should see them in the exported list. You must assign to each email addresses one ore more categories. If they do not have a category they are assigned with the status draft.

Please send me a copy of the csv file that you are importing if you have done all the above and still have this problem. Also create an admin account on you site so I can analyse the problem. Send me an email (to [email protected] ) with the site, login name, and if needed the password. Attach the csv file to the same email.

    Kind Regards, Sidney

I checked your file that you where trying to import.
The file was comma delimited while it should have been tab delimited. The format was therefore wrong and STC could not do anything with it.

Please ensure yourself that the delimiter between the field is a tab and not a comma. comma’s are used to separate the categories from each other.

    Appreciate your help.
