Import/Export does not work

    Hello

    When I export a json file from a site to an another one, it does not work. Settings are not imported to the new site

    When I choose the json file to import, I click on “save”, the page is reloaded, I don’t have an error message but nothing change in the settings

    What could be the problem ?

    Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. We have checked by doing import/export, and it’s working without any issues. Kindly check on your end once again, as there might be some conflict.

    Hello thanks for your reply. I’ve tried again and same problem ??

    To bes ure of the process : I choose the json file and I click on save settings, that’s it ? Should I have a success message displayed ? (because I’ve no message, just the page is refreshed)

    What could create a conflict in your opinion ? I know there are several possibilities but I’ve tried on a fresh site with only ETC activated and a WP’s theme and that does not work

    I think I do wrong in the process of export/import but I don’t find where ??

    Hi, Kindly check the conflict with other plugins. Might be some other plugin create such issue, so kindly check on your end.
