import export not working

    Hi

    I export my woocommerce product to a separated comma sheet, I dont touch the file and try to re importing it by ticking ”update existing products” and I get error message : Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

    Is that a joke ? Even if I dont touch the file I just exported it does not work.

    what’s that ? I am getting so tired of your plugin

    Hi @leaticematys,

    Just to check, which WordPress version are you using? There was an issue with earlier WordPress versions not allowing some file types like CSV from being imported.
    If this is the case on your side, you could try updating WordPress or alternatively using the workarounds shared in this article to permit CSVs.

    If you’re running on the latest WordPress version, could you share with us the following:
    * Your System Status – you can find it in WooCommerce → Status
    * The exported file – you could use a platform like Google Drive to share the file with us and delete it once the issue is looked at.
