Import Export Posts

  • I am using Polylang on my website, and I need to export all my posts in English and Arabic to my newly created WordPress website, So how can I export and import to the new WordPress site.

    My current site is outdated (not updated for a long time), so created my WordPress with al updated plugins, etc. How can I transfer the posts & pages to the new setup? I don’t want to relink the English to Arabic pages/posts. Can I use WordPress Importer for this task?
