Import/Export Reviews

  • Hi Guys! There was a problem importing my customer reviews. I downloaded your template and the column headings are exactly the same, but there was an error uploading the new file. I also tested exporting your demo template via Apple Numbers, but I got the same result. Do you have special formatting that I need to know? Not Unicode (UTF-8)?

  • Hey we have been trying importing as well, and just a ton of reviews are being marked as duplicate.

    Can you please share CSV file that you are trying to upload? Please make sure to remove personally identifiable information from the file before sharing.

    Thanks for your quick response! I solved the problem by converting the CSV file via an online tool. There must be a problem with Apple Numbers and the plugin. After the import, I have the problem that all reviews are no longer verified and will not appear on https://www.cusrev.com. How can I solve this?

    I’m having the same issue. When I upload the csv file, (without changing any columns or headings) it says “The CSV file contains invalid or missing column headings, please refer to the template in step 1”
