Import Facebook Events – No import??

    Hi,
    New to all this. Just installed Install Facebook Events (non-pro) and Events Calendar. Got my FB App ID and Secret. Tried to import my first event: https://www.facebook.com/events/400929890260183/ . Entered ID as 400929890260183, without quotes. Got a message that it was imported successfully, but I cannot find it anywhere. And the import tab does not show the event listed.
    I am not the organizer of the event, nor have I responded to it, although I am a member of the group. Any ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out to us! Importer only imports publically accessible events. The event you have provided has been not publicly accessible so, import is not possible.

    Thanks. I figured it out last night about 3hours I sent the request.
    What I found interesting was that when I exported the FB event to an .ics file, I was able to import without a problem.

    @koufdaddy That’s nice to hear issue has been sorted out. Yes we do support .ICS import so you can use that if its easier for you.
