Import failed with Json file

    Hi.
    Thanks for your work.

    When I import template with json file. it failed with the message (Invalid File)

    I got the template file in my site exporting.

    Pls let me know what I can do for it.

  • I had the same issue but the templates were still installed. I first got a 403 error and on another site the Invalid File but in looking at My Templates they were all there and updated so the error occurred after the import.

    Also, you can just unzip it and import the template you need (you can directly import the .json file).
