    After most recent plugin update, events are no longer importing upon manual execution of import by EventID.
    Error message: Something went wrong, please try again.

    This is failing for both new events as well as updating (synchronizing) prior posted events.

    As a side note, the field on Settings > Eventbrite Personal OAuth token:

    is not retaining the field’s data.

    Yes, we have noticed this issue happens on some servers. we have fixed it in v1.5.2 and just release it now. Can you please update the plugin to version 1.5.2 and let us know if it fixes your issue.

    What if you just purchased the Pro Version (v1.5.1) and it does the same thing? Very frustrating to have dropped $$ for a non-functional plugin….

    Free plugin version is indeed upgraded to 1.5.2, FWIW…

    Free and pro both working fine. Few days back we updated plugin which having some issue that has been fixed in latest release.

    If you are Pro user please contact on website support. Let us know even if you have any issue in free version we are happy to help.

    Hello friends – tried it again a month later – deactivated plugin, deleted, and re-uploaded. Still the same problem. NOTHING imports under any setting. All I get is the ‘something went wrong; please try again.’ Please advise. thanks

    Can you please check below things in plugin?
    – Make sure personal OAuth is correct?
    – Plugin is latest version
    – Organizer ID or Event ID is correct
    – Event is not private

    Import by Event Id is failing for me as well with the Something went wrong message..

    My OAuth is correct
    The plugin is latest version
    The Event ID is correct
    The event is not private

    Hey Xylus themes I still experienced that nothing imported despite of all correct settings.

    can you please give me a feedback at least of my email messages on the website support? almost a week but still not hearing any sign of your feedback.
