Import Fails – Bad Request

    Hello,

    I am trying to import a 3kb CSV file I downloaded from Google Sheets.

    However, when I try and import the CSV I get this message:

    Bad Request
    Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

    Any ideas what is causing this error or how to resolve it?

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    I’m afraid that this error is raised by your server, probably because something with file uploads is not configured properly.

    Can you maybe try with a different browser?
    If that does not help, I can only suggest to contact the web host support team and ask them to check the server error log files for hints.
