• Hi, I’m using Ultimate FAQ PRO

    I’d like to know how to compile the .csv file in order to upload the FAQs (column names, how to indicate categories, particular things to do..)

    1) Create an FAQ
    2) Click the “EXPORT” tab in plugin settings
    3) Click the “Export to spreadsheet” button

    This will download a CSV that you can use as a template.

    I already tryed and I still have “There was an error uploading the file, please try again!” message

    I got this export:

    Question,”Answer”,”Categories”,”Tags”

    so I did this:

    ? Add Question ,”<!– wp:paragraph –>
    <p> Add Answer </p>
    <!– /wp:paragraph –>”,” Add Categories ,””,”2018-12-12 14:30:00″

    compatted:

    ?Add Question,”<!– wp:paragraph –>
    <p>Add Answer</p>
    <!– /wp:paragraph –>”,”Add Categories,””,”2018-12-12 14:30:00″

    and saved as csv

    and it doesn’t work

    Could you please try exporting as .xls instead and see if that makes a difference?
    Also, if you try this sample spreadsheet, are you able to import correctly?
    File permission issues could also cause these kind of errors. Could you please check this directory for permissions “wp-content/plugins/ultimate-product-catalogue/product-sheets/”? The permissions should be set to “rwxr-xr-x” (0755 in octal) if they are not currently set to 0755.

    It still doesn’t work, same message error, even if I upload it in xls or csv

    no problem I’ll put manually

    Look I need this topic solved, I can’t put 100 hundred FAQ one by one with different categories

    And actully I can’t wait a day every time I write something, what a kind of support is this? It’s almost 4 days!

    Just switch to Accordion.
