Import FAQ's from spreadsheet

    We are trying to import FAQ’s from a spreadsheet and it just doesn’t work. We only have 40 FAQ’s across about 5 Categories, with 2-3 tags each.

    The import keeps inserting the same FAQ multiple times on import and not creating categories…

    I have cut this down to just 2 FAQ’s in the spreadsheet as a test and it still doesn’t work properly…..

    Do you have some documentation as to how long Category names are allowed to be?, characters allowed? etc, etc…

  • Hi tvd,

    the length of category names shouldn’t matter. Special characters should work. However, the % sign will definitely not be read properly. We would suggest you e-mailing us your FAQ spreadsheet for us to test out and to fix with you.

    We will take into consideration the documentation requested and look into creating it.
