Import FB Comments from old site to WordPress new site

Last year i was on Joomla and using a facebook comment plugin, this year i made a migration to wordpress, and i want to migrate all the comments from my old site that are stored on https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments to WordPress
This plugin can do the work? or the PRO version can do the work?
I just want to migrate the comments on https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments, dont need to migrate the comments on the fanpage (photo comments, etc..)
