    Hi,
Since I updated this morning to the new version of the plugin, when I go to the Import Feeds page to do a manual refresh, it’s been saying this:

“Your feeds will be migrated at the next scheduled refresh (it can take up to one hour).
You can’t edit or remove them at the moment. Please, visit this page later to manage your feeds.”

It’s been like this for over 5 hours… I need to refresh my feed! Please help!

    Thank you,

    Nick

Oh, and occasionally it says this:

    All-in-One Event Calendar:
We were unable to import feed.
Detail: You are not allowed to use this feature.

I only have one feed… it should not be a problem…

Same problem for me. I have a whole bunch of feeds, now I can’t even get them to manually refresh. This is a critical problem and I need a resolution ASAP. Already been a couple of days and still getting this message.

And I’m generally ok if I need to buy some kind of add-in, but it would have been really nice to know that before I upgraded, you know? Like maybe a nice note, or warning, or request for some funding before I upgraded, a nice courtesy? Specially after using this tool for a couple of years, getting jacked like this feels a little dirty.

Please let me know how to properly fix my feeds.

I seem to be having the same issue.

I can not refresh feeds manually anymore.

Where the refresh button used to be, I only see a message stating:

Your feeds will be migrated at the next scheduled refresh (it can take up to one hour).
You can’t edit or remove them at the moment. Please, visit this page later to manage your feeds.

I have seen the same message since early yesterday morning.

@berlinwebmaster & @rcsclibrary: This is not your topic. If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topics.

Thank you for the correction esmi. I have created my own topic as you advised.

    Hi NickM406 and berlinwebmaster!

Can you please provide your calendar URL so I can check the subscription status?

About the Import Feeds: It requires WP cron to be working correctly. Please make sure it’s working, otherwise the feeds won’t be migrated nor refreshed.

    Thanks!

    Hi Calvin!
    Here’s my Feed URL:
    https://gig-o-matic.appspot.com/cal/p/ag1zfmdpZy1vLW1hdGljciMLEgRCYW5kIghiYW5kX2tleQwLEgRCYW5kGICAgMTFws0JDA
Very strange as it never had this issue.
    Thank you for your help!

Okay, I’m getting irritated. I deleted and re-installed the plugin.
Now I cannot even re-setup my feed because it’s a “Premium Feature.”
Why in the hell would people not be grandfathered in if they were already using the feature??
I use this plugin for a nonprofit organization that literally doesn’t have a budget, I cannot pay out of pocket for this feature that I already had.

    Hi NickM406!

I’m sorry. I missed this topic.

About the import feeds feature: It’s a free feature and there are no limits for free users. You just have to sign in and you will be able to use it.

    Thanks!

    Hi Calvin,

That’s okay… I understand. I am signed in, so I’m very confused. It says that I cannot import because it is a premium feature. Hmm…

    Hi nickm406!

Can you send the e-mail you used to sign in to [email protected] so I can check your subscriptions?

    Thanks!

    Thank you so much Calvin!
Again, I really appreciate all of your help.

    Hi nickm406!

Per our email conversation everything is working now, so I’m marking this topic as resolved.

    Thanks!

Hi Calvin — not sure what URL you want me to give you? Here is the URL to my site where the calendar page resides: https://www.townofberlin.com/calendar/

Also, I’m not sure if the WP Cron is working… for some time I have not been able to get my feeds to refresh automatically, and have resorted to manually updating them a couple of times each week. Yet other plugins are working fine and updating information regularly.
